GET HELP

For Borrowers in Trouble

My help is available for anyone who needs advice or help finding the appropriated legal, non profit or refinancing help. I can also review loan documents for you before you sign for a new loan or after to identify legal causes of action you may have against your lender. Many government programs have been started to get people out of bad loans. Many non profits are working tirelessly to help borrowers in trouble. Government agencies are charged with enforcing the laws so the Attorney General for your state or the FTC, DOJ, or other government regulator may be the way to pursue you claim. Licensing agencies can also be a powerful ally in fighting a lender. They can pull the license to lend in your state if they are found to be in violation of state and federal laws. The government has also asked lenders to voluntarily assist borrowers in trouble. Everyday more private attorneys are bravely taking on the lenders and WINNING. I hope to encourage more and more of them to consider this area of the law.
On June 14th I will attend a meeting at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington DC. They are looking for input on how to address the foreclosure crisis. I have plenty I would like to share with them. Please do not hesitate to contact me. Time is not on your side if you are in trouble I've found many lenders are in a rush to foreclose and gain the cash liquidity back.
If you have any areas you think the federal reserve should know about then please contact me right away. If you have noticed any disturbing abuses or trends it is urgent we address the issues. Email paularush@comcast.net

LAWYERS
Legal help is badly needed and many will have trouble finding a lawyer willing to take on the lenders. It's hard to understand because the law clearly favors the payment of legal fees and enough damages to make it worthwhile. I hope to get permission from many attorneys who are already working on lender liability issues to be listed on this site. I want to share what specific areas interest them and what areas they have experience with. Have they ever filed an injunction to stop a foreclosure? Are they just interested in class actions or are they willing to take individual cases? Will they charge a fee up front or will they take contingencies? What types of lender liability issues do they feel most comfortable litigating? What states are they licensed in? These types of questions will help you finding the right attorney without the run around like I got. For lawyers who wish to be listed or learn more about lender liability please contact me. If you are an attorney and have had success in helping people with lender liability issues please let me report it here. If you are an attorney currently working on cases and looking for more borrowers who may be experiencing the same issues from the same lender, let me know so I can post it here. Borrowers need your help to navigate the legal system as it is stacked against them. For those of you already braving this bold new area of the law, I say Thank You.

If you are an attorney, a non profit, or a member of the media who would like to know more about these issues, please email me at
