This site has a lot of great information. A lot of people are finding big problems with the lenders, servicers, trustee's, agents and MERS. And that is only after they find out that the FEd. Truth in Lending Disclosure is not a true disclosure of the truth. If I had gone to a court and tried to file a doc. that was only a copy, the court clerk would refuse to file it. It has to be the orig. copy signed in ink! So why should lenders, trustees, agents or MERS be allowed to show a copy of a mortgage Note or a state that they "LOST" the Note. Kathleen

Great information!!! After reading your information it gave me a direction to procede. A home mortage is way more complicated than a bussinesss loan. Mortgage loan servers that I have had in a 3 year period will not explain the payment plan on a variable-rate loan. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! When I resolve my problem I plan to helps others with this unethical way of business.

Great site! My experience is very similar in the amount of difficulty I've had finding an attorney. I say it's high time we stand up to the banks, and the only way historically that they've responded is through massive lawsuits. They stole from us, we use the courts to get it back. Justice I think they call it.
